So if you know me I've probably gushed to you that I have joined the ipod masses with my ipod shuffle. My brother was kind enough to get the bigger (space-wise) 1GB, 240 song one. But I didn't have time to fiddle with it until this morning because I was busy all weekend, imagine that?!?!
On Saturday Jammie, Beth, and I went to our company's holiday party down by the Lindbergh Field. It was all the companies that our big boss owns so it was pretty big. But we were also outnumbered like 50 to 300. It's too bad that we didn't get our own party but whatevs. I used the extra drink tickets that Jammie didn't want and won me some free Upper Deck cards at their game booth. The weird thing was that it was apirate themed holiday party. I understand not wanting to offend people's beliefs but it was about 2 months to late. It's always fun hanging out with your co-workers outside of work. You get to see so much of them that you don't when your at work. Mainly how they are after 4 or 5 drinks. My highlights were seeing Beth get really close to winning Simon says and Jammie almost making it out the door with some pirate themed lanterns. She almost did if it wasn't for that wench at the door on our way out. No really she was dressed like a wench. Lowlights were my complete inability to dance, even to an easy song like "Let's Get It On." I'm going to go with being white as my excuse.
Last night Taylor had a little get together at his new house where he moved in with Erica. I had left my Trivial Pursuit: Pop Culture Edition there since Halloween, so we busted out a round. As usual I won and my record stands at 10-1. I'm not a cocky person...only at Trivial Pursuit. Then I tried to drunk skate on Brent's longboard and called it a night
