-So right off the bat...Coachella, holy crap right? I got about 8 phone calls from everyone I knew (so I only know like 8 people alright.) which in turn made me late to work, but I really didn't care. Sure Coachella will never again be filled with less than 50,000 people (I miss you 2002) but it is still better than Christmas. Air, Kings of Leon, Interpol, Jesus & Mary Chain (!), and a gazillion more bands I love. Rage Against The Machine too! I can't believe it. When I was 16 they were the biggest band in my life. Changed my life in a way (I realize how chessy and cliche that sounds, thanks) More on this on a later time...
Cat Dirts Sez is my new favorite blog. Finally a local centric San Diego music blog that is updated constantly. Enough to even fill my high demands (seriously I visit blogs too many times, I need to understand that they have life too) Thanks to the Reader for interview (and url)
Speaking of local centric music: The Bloody Hollies @ The Casbah. Tonight. Maybe you'll see something about this show later. Maybe not.
