I really hate to get on my blog soap box and blog about any politics. It's not that I don't have strong opinions on things (oh because I do, just ask me.) But 11 million of us around the globe told the world 5 1/2 years ago that this war was not a good idea. 3000+ US Soliders dead, thousands apon thousands of Iraqi's dead and as of 10:02 am it has cost us: $503,844,550,896 [costofwar.com]
Yet the President today said how successful the war has been. Just because 50% less Iraqi's are getting blown up is not a indicator of success to me.
